Director General of Foreign Trade, Department of Commerce, issued Public Notice No. 17/2026-27 dated June 4, 2026, pertaining to enlistment of an agency under Appendix 2E of FTP 2023, which contains the List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
Porbandar District Chamber of Commerce & Industries (PDCCI), located at 2nd Floor, Amlani Complex, Opp. Kirtimandir Police Station, Shitla Chowk, Porbandar – 360575, Gujarat, is authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential) with immediate effect. The name of the above agency is added at Serial No. 18 (Rajkot) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2023.
