Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, issued this notification amending Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026, which relates to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26, concerning eligibility and validity criteria under Component II, is amended so that the eligibility period is extended up to September 30, 2026, for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention. All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026, as amended from time to time, remain unchanged. The notification states that the extended timelines apply to Indian exporters facing logistics challenges arising from the continuing West Asia situation. The notification is issued from File No. 01/02/02/AM-27/EPM/E-45839, signed by Lav Agarwal, Director General of Foreign Trade & Ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
