The notification amends notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Power, number S.O. 5852(E), dated the 13th December, 2022, issued in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000).
In the said notification, in the entry, the words “following locations of” are omitted for the paragraph. Sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) are substituted to read:
(i) National Transmission Asset Management Centre (NTAMC) and
(ii) the following Regional Transmission Asset Management Centres (RTAMC):
The notification is issued under F. No. 1/13/2021/IT and signed by Aadhar Raj, Joint Secretary.
