Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Apprenticeship Training Division) addressed backdated termination requests received from users through Zoho Ticketing Support and decided to provide a one-time submission window for such requests.
A one-time, one-month window (August 1–31, 2026) is provided for all users to submit contract details requiring backdated termination, to be raised through Zoho Ticketing Support under the subject line “Backdated Termination Request,” in a prescribed tabular format (S. No., Apprentice ‘A’ Code, Apprentice Contract Code, Current status of contract, Training start date, Training end date, Date of termination, Reason for termination).
Compliance conditions:
(a) contracts completed on or before May 1, 2026 will not be considered
(b) requests may be raised only for contracts active as on May 15, 2026
(c) a mandatory 90-day gap applies for male candidates before joining any new training program, per G.S.R. 610(E) dated September 3, 2025
(d) requests are processed only with prior Advisor approval already obtained
(e) requests not in the prescribed format will be rejected with no revised submission entertained
(f) no further extension will be provided.
