Notification/Circular No.: G.S.R. 677(E) dated July 29, 2026

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways issued a corrigendum to its earlier notification G.S.R. 651(E) dated July 22, 2026, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India on the same date, under the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021.
In the notification dated July 22, 2026 (G.S.R. 651(E)), the words “Principal Secretary” stand deleted and are to be read as “Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary”. This substitution applies wherever the term “Principal Secretary” appeared in that notification. No other changes are made by this corrigendum.
