The Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority has recorded a delay in the availability of bulk e-sign and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) facilities. In view of this, the Authority has issued an Office Order dated July 23, 2026, directing a temporary operational arrangement for the issuance of specified documents.
The Office Order, approved by the Hon’ble Authority and signed by the Registrar, prescribes the following:
As a temporary measure, Registration Certificates (RCs) of Real Estate Agents and Notices relating to Lapsed projects may be issued without E-sign. Such documents are to be issued after due verification with the original approved note sheet, with the marking “sd” placed in lieu of a signature.
A proper record of all RCs and Notices issued under this arrangement is required to be maintained. Information regarding the temporary arrangement is also required to be displayed on the RERA portal.
In the event of any future verification or dispute, the original approved note sheet is to be treated as the authentic record. The arrangement applies to Real Estate Agents and Lapsed project proceedings under Rajasthan RERA.
