The Central Government has published draft rules proposing amendments to Schedule H1 of the Drugs Rules, 1945. The draft is open for objections and suggestions for 30 days from the date the Gazette copies are made available to the public.
The following entries are proposed to be inserted after serial number 52 in Schedule H1:
“53. Flupentixol”
“54. Zopiclone”
“55. Gabapentin”
“56. Carisoprodol”
