The Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority issued two circulars concerning the Annual Audit Report deadline for FY 2025–26 and the identification and recording of promoters in real estate projects developed under Joint Venture (JV) arrangements.
The deadline for submitting the Annual Audit Report for FY 2025–26 has been extended from September 30, 2026, to October 31, 2026. The Authority stated that no further extension would be entertained.
For JV projects, promoter names recorded with CG-RERA must be consistent with the parties identified as promoters in approvals issued by the competent authorities, including the Town and Country Planning Department. Applicants must submit relevant Joint Venture Agreements, development agreements, T&CP approvals and other supporting documents required by the Authority. These directions apply to JV project registration applications submitted on or after October 6, 2026.
