Amendment in Customs Tariff Value

CBIC has revised the tariff values of specified imported goods by substituting Tables 1, 2 and 3 of Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.).

  • Palm oil: USD 1,208–1,214/MT
  • Palmolein: USD 1,227–1,230/MT
  • Crude soybean oil: USD 1,257/MT
  • Brass scrap: USD 7,945/MT
  • Gold: USD 1,407 per 10 grams
  • Silver: USD 2,097 per kg
  • Areca nuts: USD 11,574/MT

The revised tariff values will apply from August 15, 2026 for customs valuation purposes.
