Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, issued Public Notice No. 15/2026-27 dated June 2, 2026. The notice pertains to the amendment of Appendix 2B of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, which contains the List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential).
Appendix 2B of FTP 2023 is amended by including a new entry at Serial No. 21 for the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (India-Oman CEPA). The following agencies are authorised to issue Preferential Certificates of Origin under the India-Oman CEPA:
