This notification amends Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated 21st November, 1994, which was last amended by Notification No. 57/2025-Customs (N.T.) dated 17th September, 2025. The amendment pertains to the Table in the principal notification against serial number 10 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu.
In the Table of Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.), against serial number 10 relating to Tamil Nadu, in columns (3) and (4), after item (16) in column (3) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), a new item is inserted. This applies to customs administration at the port location of Udangudi, Tamil Nadu, and is relevant to importers and customs authorities handling coal unloading operations at this location.
