This notification is issued by the Labour Resources and Migrant Workers Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, published in the Bihar Gazette (Extraordinary) dated July 13, 2026. The notification is applicable to registered construction workers in the State of Bihar.
Rest of the para of said scheme will remain same. This will be effective from date of notification.
