Ministry of Corporate Affairs introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) vide General Circular No. 01/2026 dated February 24, 2026, to provide an opportunity to companies to complete their pending statutory filings. The Scheme was initially operational up to July 15, 2026. The last date of the Scheme was subsequently extended up to August 31, 2026, vide General Circular No. 03/2026 dated July 8, 2026. In view of representations received from various stakeholders, the Ministry has decided to further extend the validity of the Scheme. The circular is issued with the approval of the competent authority and signed by Nupur Aishwarya, Deputy Director (Policy), F.No. Policy-02/2/2020-CL-V-MCA.
The validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) has been extended up to September 15, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Scheme remain unchanged. The circular is addressed to DGCOA, all Registrars of Companies, all Regional Directors, and all stakeholders, and is applicable to companies availing the Scheme for completion of pending statutory filings.
