Office of the Labour Commissioner, Assam has issued a notice stating that the last date for submission of the Annual Return under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 for the year ending 2025 has been extended to June 30, 2026, from the earlier date of April 30, 2026. All Registered Trade Unions are directed to submit the Annual Return for the year ending 2025 on or before June 30, 2026. The notice is issued by the Registrar of Trade Unions, Assam, Guwahati, and has been directed to be circulated to all Assistant Labour Commissioners, Labour Officers, Labour Inspectors, Presidents/Secretaries of CITU/AITUC/BMS/INTUC, and all Registered Trade Unions.
