Capacity enhancement and restoration activities are being undertaken at the Data Centre consequent to the fire incident of June 05, 2026. In view of these activities, relief measures have been decided for stakeholders in respect of two categories: validity of approved name reservations and validity of resubmissions of e-forms.

In respect of approved name reservations (including applications filed through RUN, RUN-LLP and SPICe+ Part A) where validity is expiring between June 21, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive), the validity of such SRNs is extended to July 10, 2026. Where the validity of an approved name reservation expired between June 05, 2026 and June 20, 2026, stakeholders may seek extension up to July 10, 2026 by raising a ticket with the MCA Helpdesk on or before June 30, 2026. Such requests are to be examined on a case-by-case basis after due verification, including verification of continued availability of the approved name.

In respect of e-forms where the last date for resubmission falls between June 21, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive), the validity of such SRNs is extended to July 10, 2026. Where the last date for resubmission fell between June 05, 2026 and June 20, 2026, stakeholders may seek extension up to July 10, 2026 by raising a ticket with the MCA Helpdesk on or before June 30, 2026. Where any such e-form has been cancelled on account of non-resubmission during the said period, the same may be reopened upon receipt of a request through the MCA Helpdesk. Such requests are to be examined on a case-by-case basis after due verification, and upon approval, the concerned e-form shall be made available for resubmission up to July 10, 2026.
