Each of the above regulations, as respectively amended, provides for various process-related forms to be notified by the Board through circular. Nine separate circulars have been issued by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on June 2–3, 2026, specifying formats under the respective regulations.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 196 read with Section 240 of the Code, the Board has specified formats applicable across nine insolvency and bankruptcy processes. All nine circulars are addressed to all Registered Insolvency Professionals, all Recognised Insolvency Professional Entities, and all Registered Insolvency Professional Agencies. The circular under IBBI/IU/100/2026 is additionally addressed to all Registered Information Utilities and all Registered Users of Information Utilities.

The process-wise count of specified formats is as follows:

1. 14 forms under the CIRP Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/CIRP/94/2026)
2. 14 forms under the PPIRP Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/PPIRP/95/2026)
3. 12 forms under the Liquidation Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/LIQ/96/2026)
4. 10 forms under the VL Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/VL/97/2026)
5. 3 forms under the IRP for PG to CD Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/IIRP/98/2026)
6. 2 forms under the Bankruptcy Process for Personal Guarantors Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/BIRP/99/2026)
7. 5 forms under the IU Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/IU/100/2026)
8. 1 form for filing claims under the Inspection and Investigation Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/INSP/101/2026) and
9. 1 form for filing complaints under the Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure Regulations (Circular No. IBBI/COMP/102/2026).
