Notification/Circular No.: Income Tax Act, 2025; Income Tax Rules, 2026
Income Tax Department has enabled quarterly Forms 121, 138, 140, 143, 144, 147, and 148 on the Income Tax 2025 e-Filing Portal for filing under the Income Tax Rules, 2026.
With this update, taxpayers and deductors can now submit the prescribed quarterly forms electronically through the e-Filing Portal, facilitating timely compliance with the Income Tax Rules, 2026.
