Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority has made the APK file of the RajRERA Mobile App available for download on its website, to facilitate submission of project-related information. All promoters of projects registered with RajRERA are directed to download and install the RajRERA Mobile App using the APK file available on the website.
Promoters shall use the RajRERA Mobile App for capturing and uploading photographs of the project while submitting the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR). Photographs uploaded through the mobile application shall form part of the QPR submitted. All promoters shall ensure compliance with these directions with immediate effect. The order is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority and is signed by the Registrar, Rajasthan RERA.
