Reserve Bank of India communicated an extension of the due date for submission of the annual census on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) as on end-March 2026, along with a change in the designated email ID for related communication.
The extended due date for submitting the annual FLA census as on end-March 2026 on the FLAIR portal is July 31, 2026. The email ID for FLA-related communication has been changed from surveyfla@rbi.org.in to flareturn@rbi.org.in. All communication and queries regarding the FLA return are to be sent henceforth only to flareturn@rbi.org.in.
