Date of Withdrawal of Indian Standards 

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has announced the cancellation and withdrawal of certain Indian standards, as per Sub-rule (1) of Rule (15) of the BIS Rules, 2018. These standards will be withdrawn on the dates specified in the schedule.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has notified the cancellation and withdrawal of certain Indian standards, as per Sub-rule (1) of Rule (15) of the BIS Rules, 2018.

Date of Establishment and Withdrawal (Industrial Wastewater Classification) 

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has notified the establishment of new Indian standards as per Sub-rule (1) of Rule (15) of the BIS Rules, 2018. The standards, listed in the second column of the schedule, will be effective from the date specified in the third column. Existing standards mentioned in the fourth column will remain in force until they are withdrawn, as indicated in the fifth column.

SEBI (Investor Charter) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 

SEBI has framed Investor Charter to promote transparency, enhance awareness, trust and confidence among the investors. The Investor Charter, inter alia, includes the vision and mission statement, rights and responsibilities of investors, investor grievance redressal mechanism and Do’s and Don’ts for investing in securities market. The Investor Charter also gives a broader perspective of various rights and responsibilities of investors.
