Mandatory Registration and Compliance Guidelines for Real Estate Agents – Chhattisgarh

As per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and corresponding Chhattisgarh Rules, all real estate agents registered with CG RERA are required to comply with certain annual reporting duties to ensure transparency and proper conduct in the real estate sector. To reinforce this obligation, CG RERA has issued directions under Section 37 of the Act.

Categorization of new or left-over White category industries and Self-Declaration Consent Mechanism

Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), through its directions dated February 12, 2025, mandated the harmonisation of industrial classification into Red, Orange, Green, White, and Blue categories. It also allowed State Pollution Control Boards (SPCBs) to categorise new or left-out sectors without requiring prior CPCB concurrence, provided a committee is constituted and prescribed criteria are followed.

Use of ICETABs for efficient export examination and clearance

Following the success of ICETABs in streamlining and digitising import examination processes under Circular No. 10/2024-Customs dated August 20, 2024, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has now extended the use of ICETABs to export consignments as part of its drive for paperless and efficient customs procedures.

National Capital Territory of Delhi RERA (Real Estate Agents) Directions, 2025

Delhi RERA has issued comprehensive directions governing registration, modification, re-validation, and renewal of real estate agents under the RERA Act, 2016. Agents must apply via Form G, submit requisite documents (e.g., identity, business address proof, financial records), and pay prescribed fees ₹10,000 for individuals and ₹50,000 for other entities.

Revocation of Stage-I GRAP Measures in Delhi-NCR
