Telecommunications (Radio Equipment Possession Authorisation) Rules, 2026
Following consideration of objections/suggestions received on the draft rules (published vide G.S.R. 154(E) dated 27.02.2025), the Central Government has notified rules requiring eligible persons (companies/LLPs subject to FDI policy, licensed trade/business entities, Government agencies, or holders of licences under the Indian Wireless Telegraphy (Possession) Rules, 1965) to obtain portal-based authorisation to possess radio equipment, either for manufacture/purchase/import/hire/repair/testing/demonstration, or solely for testing/demonstration, on payment of a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000.
Draft Code on Wages (Manipur) Rules, 2026
In supersession of previous gazette notification No. 5/44/2018-L&E(Pt-3) dated 19/11/2021, the Government of Manipur has proposed draft rules to be called the Code on Wages (Manipur) Rules, 2026, applicable to the State of Manipur.
Formats for Publishing Financial Results by Listed Insurers and Reinsurers
SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 11th July, 2023 (updated 30th January, 2026) provides formats for publishing financial results by listed companies and mandates listed insurers to follow formats prescribed by IRDAI.

A draft of these rules was published vide G.S.R. 464(E) dated 11th July, 2025, inviting objections and suggestions within thirty days of public availability (made available on 11th July, 2025).
Notification of Telecom eServices Portal for Digital Implementation
In pursuance of Rule 15 of the Telecommunications (Radio Equipment Possession Authorisation) Rules, 2026, the Central Government has notified the “Telecom eServices Portal” of the Department of Telecommunications as the portal for digital implementation of the said rules.
Merchant Shipping (Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims) Rules, 2026
These rules supersede the Merchant Shipping (Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims) Rules, 2015, except in respect of things done or omitted before such supersession.
Fixation of Retail Price for Calcium and Vitamin D3 Tablets IP
NPPA, in exercise of powers under paragraphs 5, 11 and 15 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 read with S.O. 1394(E) dated 30.05.2013, S.O. 5249(E) dated 11.11.2022 and S.O. 3516(E) dated 30.06.2026, has fixed the retail price of Calcium and Vitamin D3 Tablets IP (each film-coated tablet containing Calcium Carbonate IP equivalent to Elemental Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 IP 2000 IU), manufactured by M/s Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd./M/s Eris Lifesciences Ltd., at Rs. 8.93 per tablet, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, if any.
Revision of Ceiling Price for Anti-Rabies Immunoglobulin Injection
In implementation of directions issued by the Department of Pharmaceuticals under paragraph 31 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 vide review order No. 31015/02/2025-Pricing dated 27.03.2026, and in supersession of the existing order S.O. 1575(E) dated 25.03.2026 (Sl. No. 58), NPPA has fixed/revised the ceiling price for Anti-rabies Immunoglobulin Injection (300 IU/ml, 1 ml) from Rs. 112.19 (ceiling price under NLEM, 2022) to Rs. 119.48, incorporating WPI impact of 0.64956% for the year 2026, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax as applicable.
Fixation of Retail Prices for New Drug Formulations under Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013
National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), in exercise of powers under paragraphs 5, 11 and 15 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 read with S.O. 1394(E) dated 30.05.2013, S.O. 5249(E) dated 11.11.2022 and S.O. 3516(E) dated 30.06.2026, has fixed the retail price (exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, if any) for 39 formulations/brand names, specifying for each the strength, unit, and name of the manufacturer and marketing company.
Extension of Suspension of the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2021
Central Government had notified the n-Butyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Order, 2021 vide S.O. 5438(E) dated 24th December, 2021, under Section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016.
