Bonus Eligibility Wage Ceiling Prescribed under Code on Wages, 2019

The Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, issued Notification S.O. 4711(E) dated August 25, 2026, under sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Code on Wages, 2019, determining the wage limit for employees to whom bonus is payable as specified under the said sub-section.

Central Government Prescribes Wage Ceiling for Bonus Calculation

The Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, issued Notification S.O. 4710(E) dated August 25, 2026, under sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Code on Wages, 2019, determining the basis for calculation of bonus payable under sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 26.

Draft Delhi Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2026

The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has published the draft Delhi Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2026 for information of persons likely to be affected. The draft is proposed to be made by the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.

Annual Survey of Industries 2025-26 – Collection of Statistics

The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation directs collection of statistics on manufacturing and related activities through a statistical survey referred to as the Annual Survey of Industries 2025-26, as per the details in Schedule-I. The notification appoints Statistics Officers, an Adjudicating Officer and an Appellate Authority for the geographical units specified in Schedules II, III and IV.
