This notification amends Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated 21st November, 1994, which was last amended by Notification No. 57/2025-Customs (N.T.) dated 17th September, 2025.
Corrigendum for RoDTEP Rate Restoration Date
This is a corrigendum to Notification No. 66/2025-26 dated 23rd March, 2026. The original notification had restored RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) rates to the rates applicable as on 22.02.2026.
Draft Central Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2026 for Public Objections/Suggestions

CPCB Advisory on SWM in Hilly Areas & Bulk Waste Generator Registration
CPCB issued a letter dated 01.06.2026 on registration of Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs) on a centralised portal, and a letter dated 22.06.2026 forwarding CPCB’s final Advisory for management of solid waste in hilly areas, addressed to SPCBs/PCCs and State/UT UDDs and RDDs.

RSPCB Order on Mechanism for Imposition of Environmental Compensation (EC)
State Board had earlier issued Office Order No. F.14.(5-Adm)RSPCB/Project/1529-1539 dated 11.08.2023, which directed that the amount of Environmental Compensation (EC) be computed following the principle of natural justice, with an Opportunity of Being Heard (OBH)/Show Cause Notice given to the project proponent before issuance of the final order, mandatorily citing the intended EC amount.

These rules are made in exercise of powers conferred by Section 533 read with Section 262 of the Income-tax Act, 2025, further amending the Income-tax Rules, 2026.
Amendment in Import Policy of Suspension Grade PVC Resin (S-PVC)
This notification is issued in exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended. It amends the import policy of ITC (HS) Code 39041020 (Suspension grade PVC resin) covered under Chapter 39 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
