The circular notifies revised minimum rates of wages for 16 scheduled employments: Agriculture, Bidi Leaf Plucking, Cold Storage, Cinchona Plantation, Chartered/Cost Accountants/Auditors/Tax Consultants and related firms, Employment in Meat & Meat Products and Feed Plants, Fishery, Forestry or Timbering Operations, Fishing Activities including River & Deep-Sea Fishing, Handlooms, Lac Manufactories, Medicinal Plants Plantation (other than Cinchona), Rice Mills, Sericulture Nursery/Silk Spinning and Weaving, Salt Manufacturing Industry, and Tobacco Godown.

Allottee NOC Format for Project Registration Extension under CGRERA
Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CGRERA) has issued Circular No. 148 in reference to Circular No. 138 previously issued by the Authority. Circular No. 138 had specified that the NOC (consent/objection certificate) of two-thirds (2/3) allottees is required to be submitted only in those cases where the Authority has imposed it as an Additional Condition at the time of granting project extension, or where it has been expected along with other requirements. The present circular prescribes the format (Annexure-A) in which such NOC is to be submitted.
