Draft of these rules was published vide G.S.R. 927(E) dated December 29, 2025 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, inviting objections and suggestions from persons likely to be affected, within thirty days from the date the copies were made available to the public.
IBBI Guidelines for Conducting Valuation Under IBC, 2016
Amended regulations cited above provide that a registered valuer shall prepare the valuation report and maintain documentation as per the format notified by the Board through circular.

Amendment to Mode of Payment and Reporting Regulations for Non-Debt Instruments under FEMA
Principal regulations were published vide G.S.R. No. 795(E) dated October 17, 2019 and subsequently amended three times. Revision of Tariff Values for Edible Oils, Brass Scrap, Gold, Silver and Areca Nuts
Principal notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) dated August 3, 2001 was last amended vide Notification No. 54/2026-Customs (N.T.) dated June 11, 2026. In exercise of powers under Section 14(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has substituted TABLE-1, TABLE-2 and TABLE-3 of the said notification with the following revised tariff values:
