This Circular is issued by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), 6th Floor, Block-3, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. In furtherance of environmental sustainability and with a view to bringing uniformity in the use of paper and printing, it has been decided that all Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, Affidavits and other pleadings filed before all Benches of the NCLT shall be printed on both sides of the paper (back-to-back printing), with immediate effect.

The Delhi Fire Service (Amendment) Rules, 2026 amend the Delhi Fire Service Rules, 2010. The amendments revise the numbering of specified provisions under Rule 2 and remove references to the “National Building Code of India” in specified provisions, replacing it with “Building Bye-Laws” in Rule 29.
