Allottee NOC Format for Project Registration Extension under CGRERA
Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (CGRERA) has issued Circular No. 148 in reference to Circular No. 138 previously issued by the Authority. Circular No. 138 had specified that the NOC (consent/objection certificate) of two-thirds (2/3) allottees is required to be submitted only in those cases where the Authority has imposed it as an Additional Condition at the time of granting project extension, or where it has been expected along with other requirements. The present circular prescribes the format (Annexure-A) in which such NOC is to be submitted.
Clarification on Annexure-19 Generation, Validity and Submission under CGRERA
